Visa Travel insurance Information

As part of the combined efforts to tackle COVID-19 and to ensure customer safety, we have taken the decision to temporarily cease accepting new visa applications. This is effective from close of business 20th of March 2020.

Payment Details

We accept the following forms of payment:

From Monday, 15th July 2019 the Embassy of Ireland will no longer accept cash payments for consular services.

All payments that are not made online must be lodged directly by the applicant in Euros in the Embassy’s bank account. A receipt of payment must be submitted with the application for the consular service you are seeking.

Once a visa application is lodged for processing, the processing fee cannot be refunded.

Please ensure the full amount of the fee is paid in euro and that any charges which may be applied to the transaction (such as currency exchange or other charges) are paid so that the full visa application fee is paid to the Embassy’s bank account. Applications will not be processed where the full visa application fee does not reach the Embassy’s bank account.

Please enter your 8-digit visa application number as the payment reference. This number is given to the applicant when the application form is being completed online.
